There is a lot to be said for walking into a place where the people know who you are, what you love, and getting the best price with a personal touch. We never stop until we have made you happy and have found or created the perfect gift.

Coming from a huge "town" (Atlanta, GA), I didn't even know this even existed...What an amazing concept! Our goal? To bring everyone we meet the best, most unique jewelry for every occasion with genuine, memorable service.

How Kristeens Came to Life

Kristeen's Custom Jewelers was established in 1987, by its namesake, Kristeen Frampton. A well-established member of the Zionsville retail community, many people relied on the expertise and friendly service Kristeen's provided.

In 2005, Kelly and Rob Martin, with a combined 25 years of retail jewelry experience, proudly purchased the store from Kristeen.

Kelly chose to keep the name and  continues the tradition of service and reputation, while infusing her own style and experience; growing the choices and options for both existing and new customers.

Who we are:

Kelly: Owner, always barefoot-or wearing hip shoes for a little while (it usually only lasts for a few hours!), trying to wear clothes other than jeans and t-shirts and succeeding a couple times a week now! 2012 marks her 21st year in the jewelry industry-Yikes!!!

Laurel: Store Manager, best dressed, can come up with the craziest jewelry solutions, makes the whole store keep from falling apart, always knows where to go in Indy and how to get there, and biggest Indy 500 fan!

Karen G: Fitness expert who teaches at our local L.A.Fitness, was one of our best customers and is now a 5 year seasoned sales and diamond expert! She has become our Grandma expert, dog trainer, and her passion for jewelry keeps going strong! She keeps our ordering and shipping depts. on their toes!

Karen E: Our resident English lady that never stops working, coming up with new ideas, and she constantly has us learning new phrases that none of us have ever heard, such as, "It's black over Bill's mothers" ...even her fellow Englander's have no idea what she is talking about!!! It took forever to get her on board with "The Girls" but when she did-she was one of us instantly! P.S. Don't ask her to do the toast before you drink-we have to bless everyone!!!  :) 

Anna: Our newest employee that had us at Hello!!! She is a non-stop learner, computer extrordinare(we desperately needed her!), and an absolute riot to be around! She is from Sweden, but has lived all over the world, including England, Austria, and for 10 years, Australia. If you ever wanted to know a single bad word in any of these countries-she is guaranteed to know it-except for anything in Swedish because her father would be upset if she ever used bad language!!! She has become a part of Kristeens faster than anyone! We would be lost without her! The languauge barriers would be terrible for us!  :)

Cheryl G: Our Resident Kiwanis member and current President-Elect, expert wine taster (Ii.e, if it is white-she'll drink it!), has everything in her purse that you could ever need or want-including the ever elusive bandaid!!!

Cheryl L: GIA Diamond expert and lover of most anything that has diamonds, biggest  Indy 500 Andretti Green  team supporter :)

Julie: Z-Jules estate owner, resident story teller, sits on the board of The Sharon L. Bassett Foundation

Timothy: Young man at large-learning his way through diamonds to help pay for college at IU and busting through his freshman year!

Kathryn: Our IU college girl in action! We only get to have her at the store when she is on school break and we love every minute of it!

Rob:  Man at large, Ladies Night wine bottle opener, best husband, resident master photographer.

George:  Ladies Night Master of Ceremonies (and best hubby if you ask Karen G! :)
